Key Responsibilities.
- Handle all enquiries from patients, Clients or Relatives
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an updated calendar.
- Support administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Front Office, Customer Service, or related field.
- At least 1.5 year of experience in front office, customer service, or reception (healthcare experience is an added advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications.
