Key Responsibilities.

  • Handle all enquiries from patients, Clients or Relatives
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain an updated calendar.
  • Support administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Front Office, Customer Service, or related field.
  • At least 1.5 year of experience in front office, customer service, or reception (healthcare experience is an added advantage).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications.
